About Us

The Gwinnett Parks Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to assist the needs, whether volunteer labor, or monetary, of Gwinnett Parks & Recreation. The foundation was organized in 2001 to improve the quality of life for all of its citizens by working in cooperation with Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation, private citizens, businesses, foundations, and the Gwinnett County government.

Since 2001, the Gwinnett Parks Foundation has led the way in fostering public/private partnerships and creative funding advocacy in our Youth and Senior Citizen scholarship program.
